We have been inundated with dozens of year-end weight-loss tips. Unfortunately for the 125 beta users enjoying listgasm, we will not be publishing most of them. Why you ask? It’s simple, diets don’t work.

So get get off your lazy ass and walk, run, lift weights, or play wii for 20 minutes a day. And try to stay away from starchy foods or those high in sugar. That’s it and that’s all.
